Zinedine Zidane gives Mauricio Pochettino strong lineup that will secure a win over Manchester City in the FA Cup semi-final.


Chelsea's FA Cup semi-final with City will be played at 17:15 (UK) on Saturday 20 April.

The match will be played at Wembley Stadium, with the winner progressing to the final on Saturday 25 May.City are defending champions, having won their seventh FA Cup in 2023 by beating Manchester United 2-1 in the last showpiece at Wembley.

United are in the other semi-final this season, facing Coventry City at 15:30 (UK) on Sunday 21 April.

Zidane gives Mauricio Pochettino lineup:

The former Real Madrid boss has given a solid lineup to Pochettino that will see the Blues secure a win against The citizens. 

He picked a front three of Cole Palmer, Mudryk and Jackson, a midfield combo of Gallagher, Caicedo, Enzo. 

He picked a four man defense, including Thiago Silva for experience, Disasi, Gusto and Chilwell, starting over Cucurella. 

Petrović starts ahead of Sanchez as well.

 ●  Chelsea News.  As   Chelsea   fans right now, we don’t have too much to smile or be excited about after what looks to be another hugely inconsistent season go by to say the least. But one thing that we do have to be excited is the rise of young starlet Kendry Paez, who will arrive as a new   Chelsea   player this summer. The senior Ecuador international is just 16-years-old and he is already playing like a player in the prime of his career. He is currently still at his club Independiente Del Valle before officially joining Chelsea at the end of this season. Last night, he played against Palmeiras and scored an absolute wonder goal and also bagged an assist in a game that he was somehow on the losing team in, going down 3-2 at home after a late stoppage time winner by the visitors But as you can see from the clip below, Paez was on fire!
